2. Steamed Vegetables with Lemon & Coriander

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste (rock salt or low-sodium salt)

Instructions:

  1. Steam the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and peas until they are tender but not mushy (about 10-15 minutes).
  2. Once steamed, transfer the vegetables to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, and fresh coriander leaves.
  4. Toss gently to combine and serve warm.
