  • Ingredients:

    • 1 raw mango, grated
    • 1 tomato, chopped
    • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
    • 1/4 tsp black salt
    • 1/4 tsp chili powder
    • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Instructions:

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated raw mango, chopped tomato, cumin powder, black salt, and chili powder.
    2. Toss well and garnish with fresh coriander.
    3. Serve as a side dish or chutney with roti or rice.
