  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup oats, ground into flour
    • 1 ripe banana, mashed
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • Water as needed
  • Instructions:

    1. In a bowl, combine oat flour, mashed banana, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder.
    2. Add water to make a smooth batter.
    3. Pour the batter onto a non-stick pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.
    4. Serve with fresh fruit or yogurt.
